We did the planning for our scrum-ban. We did it as per below:
1. Determine the prioritized user stories from the features backlog
2. Each owner of the process writes down their b/logs, in progress. For example, Asyraf would write on the
sticky notes all projects determined as opportunities or confirmed.
3. Myself, as the products owner, would from confirmed projects, put down the my features list ie. in backlog
and done. We determine confirmed projects limit to be 3 at this moment. Features list done is limited to 12.
4. Our development process, we broke it down to still scrum standard ie. Backlog, In progress and Done. But
we limit the columns to 4. For our cycle of development, we determined to still follow the weekly sprint
cycle and having daily stand ups as well as sprint review.
Few days has gone since we started. We improved the burn down chart to reflect the weekly sprints in accordance to the spirit of ‘transparency’.
My observations of the last 2 weeks sprint.
1) More focus
2) More commitment
3) Hyper productive
