Full Time Position Available
1. SOFTWARE ENGINEER
We are looking for candidates in Software Engineering to help us in building a great web apps for the world to experience. The candidate must possess the following criteria (or at least close to 90%);
- 2+ years of work experience in software development (PHP, Ruby/Rails, Java, Django/Python)
- 1+ year of Ruby on Rails development ( at least Ruby 1.8.7, Rails 2.3.x, & MySQL 5 ) is a bonus
- Strong understanding of web standards, front-end web programming (Javascript, HTML, CSS).
Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share
Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement
Conduct boardroom presentation to provide better understanding to customer on the products capabilities and its cost-effectiveness (part of training to understand the company’s products)
Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects
Update the Accura Office CRM daily
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year working experience in related industry
Knowledge in sales and or IT/connectivity sales
Self-motivated and hardworking
Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
Result driven with constant desire to earn high income
Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English language and the local language.
Answer phone calls and emails from customers and provide support related to AccuraHQ.com apps suite.
Prepare the detailed documentation for each product in AccuraHQ.com apps suite.
Follow up with customers on inquiries/complaints/suggestion with high level of enthusiasm.
Able to explain complex idea in a simpler ways and terms.

Coordinating with and reporting to managers to carry out campaigns
Acting as liaisons between the media, suppliers, and clients

Updates database of leads and contacts.

Internship & Industrial Training Positions
1. Internship Business Administration
We need young blood who’s ready to learn, contribute and grow while doing internship with us. Interns will be exposed to the reality and practicality of managing the business. Once a while, you will also be needed to do a field trip down to customer’s office and interview them. A monthly presentation on the duties assigned to you is mandatory. Other than that, we provide you with monthly allowance between RM 500 – RM 800, PS3 to play, plenty of cookies and coffee to sip in the office and blazing fast UNIFI to surfing the net. 2. Internship Marketing
If you like to promote things, figuring out ways for making the unknowns known to the public and savvy at doing Public Relation, we would like to have you on board as our intern. We want your ideas of how to market our products and services to targeted business community. We also will teach you on how to strategically plan a go-to-market strategy. Above all, we will equip you with necessary skills in marketing, PR and some business skill by the time you finish your internship with us. Monthly allowance between RM 500 – RM 800 is given.
